Ali Antiche ("Old Wings", in Italian) has followed the Italian aircraft preservation movement since 1983. Published quarterly since 1983 exclusively for GAVS members, it is entirely devoted to Italian vintage aircraft. The pages of Ali Antiche offer behind the scenes coverage of major discoveries, constant updates on GAVS projects, news from museums - even the smaller ones off the beaten track. Special monographic issues cover technical aspects or look in depth at major museums. Two departments monitor the situation of vintage aircraft and new books. Professionally produced from material submitted by members, Ali Antiche contains a wealth of material which escapes the general press.
